Tracey Kirkpatrick Murder Confession Telephone Call

In 1989, 17 year old Tracey Kirkpatrick was murdered in the small town of Frederick, Maryland while working late at night, alone in a retail store. Three months later, someone used a pay phone in a supermarket near Frederick to call a Las Vegas, Nevada nationwide "confession hotline" and left a message, claiming to be her killer.
